Track order

The tracking number for your order can be found in the shipping confirmation, which we send you by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Damaged delivery

Each order is carefully checked by us before leaving our warehouse.
If you receive a damaged package, we ask you:

Order return

Order return is possible in the following cases:
  • - if the article does not suit you: you just have to return this article to us and you will receive a voucher of value equal to the returned article.
  • - if the size does not correspond: send the article back and we will send you a new article in the corresponding size provided that we still have it in stock. Otherwise we will send you a purchase voucher of value equal to the value of the article.
Each order return is at the customer's expense. We do, however, return new items to you for free.
